3-star restaurant offering refined cuisine requiring proper attire and not allowing pets.

Winner of numerous Michelin stars, chef Yannick Alléno expresses himself through the sublimation of local produce. His refined, modern cuisine is a perfect match for the grape varieties of the Saint-Emilion and Bordeaux regions. Foie gras just poached with Mand Chang pepper (sea urchin tongues and artichoke agnolotti in sauce), back of venison lacquered with rye bread miso (cabbage stuffed with leaves and porcini mushrooms, venison jus with cabbage fermentation), warm chocolate tart with Maury sauce (textured Tahitian vanilla ice cream). Reservations recommended.

Un bon moment à découvrir.

We had a fantastic trip to this amazing property. The hotel and village are beautiful, and the entire staff was amazing. From the moment of arrival the service was exceptional. Our only complaint is that we could not stay longer.||This is a true 5 star experience.

The hotel is right in the center of town. The town is charming with lots of shops and restaurants, mostly revolving around wine. Be sure to climb the bell tower next door -- go to the nearby tourist center for the key -- for incredible views of the town and countryside. The rooms, dining areas, light fixtures and everything in the hotel are spectacular. My only gripe is that we had to take 3 elevators and walk pretty far to reach our room. So make sure not to leave anything behind because you won't feel like going back.

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Really love the experience with hotel de Pavie from the room to the lovely garden and the view. The service was flawless too ! The breakfast was great with nice view and not to mention the friendly staffs. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back for sure ????

The Hotel de Pavie was the highlight of our stay in Saint Emilion and was our favourite hotel during our time in France. It is the sort of special place that helps make a holiday memorable. The best features were the luxurious rooms and the wonderful, Michelin-starred restaurant.|ROOM: Our room was luxurious and spacious, with a beautiful decor. It’s worth noting that some of the rooms are much closer to the reception area and main building so you may want to consider which part of the hotel you’d like to be in. Our room was some distance away and it took 3 different elevators to get to it. However, it was lovely and quiet and we had direct access out to the lower level of the town, near the Monolithic Church. |LOCATION:
The hotel is located in the upper level of the town, next to the church bell-tower. From here, you have a panoramic view over the medieval town and the surrounding countryside and vineyards. The Tourist Office is almost next door so you can easily book tours of the Monolithic Church or bell-tower before setting off to explore the rest of the town.|SERVICE:|Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Initially we were given a room which was quite noisy because it was below one of the dining rooms and tables and chairs were being moved late at night. When we mentioned this, it was quickly and quietly resolved and we were given a new room which we were very happy with. Breakfast was served in the bar area and was delicious. Again, service was attentive.|RESTAURANT:|The Michelin-starred La Table de Pavie was and it was another memorable part of our holiday. However I’ve written a separate review for the the restaurant.
