3-star restaurant offering refined cuisine requiring proper attire and not allowing pets.

Winner of numerous Michelin stars, chef Yannick Alléno expresses himself through the sublimation of local produce. His refined, modern cuisine is a perfect match for the grape varieties of the Saint-Emilion and Bordeaux regions. Foie gras just poached with Mand Chang pepper (sea urchin tongues and artichoke agnolotti in sauce), back of venison lacquered with rye bread miso (cabbage stuffed with leaves and porcini mushrooms, venison jus with cabbage fermentation), warm chocolate tart with Maury sauce (textured Tahitian vanilla ice cream). Reservations recommended.

We had a delightful stay at Hotel de Pavie and were impressed by the warm hospitality throughout. The staff were generally very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. In particular, the receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and professional, and the lady who served us at breakfast was so kind and attentive, making our mornings an absolute pleasure.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a lovely view that we appreciated during our stay. The hotel's overall atmosphere is charming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.

We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely choose Hotel de Pavie again when we return. Highly recommended!
