For here, the menu gives pride of place to wines from Saint-Émilion and the surrounding region, without forgetting to showcase wines from all over France, with over 90 references! So stop in and fill up on the good stuff! At the table, enjoy the great classics of Southwestern cuisine, with taste and simplicity, using fresh, high-quality artisanal products. Music, theater and cinema also have their place.

2. The service was impeccable and they were very kind to everyone.
3. The food was very intelligently designed and the meals had a great flow.
- For example, the foie gras was strategically paired with an elegant ginger bread, which takes away a lot of the muskier “duck” notes and leaves behind just the decadent buttery flavors.
- The lamb was very marinated, slow cooked and served with delicate filo flakes that had sprinkles of cumin and other spices that also did the same. Sprinkled with fresh micro cilantro as well which balances the scent.
- The “gourmand” dessert is the 4X of all the best desserts mixed together plus a glass of their home-made rum.
Everything was cooked to perfection. Lots of flavor, not just presentation.
