Chai Paulette... Chai for the Château Saint-Christoly adjoining the house, and Paulette for the home of Cathy's grandmother, the château's current owner. Three guest rooms for 2 to 5 people have been fitted out with all the necessary comforts. The program includes comfortable bedding, newly refurbished rooms and en-suite bathrooms. You'll come for Cathy's warm welcome - she'll be delighted to show you around her winegrowing business - but also for the cleanliness of the premises, the gourmet breakfast and the peace and quiet!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Chai Paulette situé dans un beau petit village tranquille. Une chambre spacieuse, très bien équipée, très propre et avec une literie très confortable. Un petit déjeuner copieux. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Cathy. Elle nous à bien renseigné sur les restaurants ,ainsi que sur tous les sites à visiter. Elle a partagé avec nous sa passion de vigneronne, et nous avons fait la visite intéressante du chai.
C'est un lieu que nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons fait escale chez "Chai paulette" pour une nuit lors de notre randonnée sur le chemin d'Amadour.|Chai paulette est très bien situé, à proximité du chemin d'Amadour. La mignonette comme cadeau de bienvenue est appréciable. Cathy est accueillante et disponible.

The chambre d'hote is run by Cathy Heraud, who also is the member of the Heraud family who runs the Chateau Saint Christoly (a cru bourgois) next door. She came to open up for us all stained with grape juice, as they had been pressing. After showing us the room, she gave us a very quick tour of the winery. We could have done a tasting too. The room was spacious and the bathroom excellent. Breakfast is a typical french breakfast. A drawback to Saint Christoly is that it is small, there is no food store or nearby restaurant. Pizza delivery is the only option if you are on foot. Something that was special was that we got to taste a sample of this year's merlot. Bottles from the vats were lined up on the bench and Cathy offered us a taste. I was surprised how good it was even at this stage.
