FROMAGERIE LE GALL
A true ancestor of the Notre-Dame market square, the Le Gall cheese dairy is more than a century old. Here, gourmets are offered artisanal specialties and regional cheeses that come directly from producers' dairies. Examples include Echourgnac trappe Echourgnac with cow's milk matured in walnut liqueur, Comté Fruité du Fort St Antoine and Maroilles de Garde fermier. The manager, Chantal Mingant, also offers wines to accompany them, as well as cheese machines to cut this precious food according to the rules of art.
