Fromagerie-crèmerie offering a selection of AOP and AOC cheeses, and delicatessen.
Isabelle Bizet took over the Fromagerie in 2022, but continues to work with Michel Fouchereau, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Her boutique offers exceptional AOC (28-month-old Etivaz) and AOP (Salers or Camembert de Normandie) cheeses; and a creamery section (farmhouse milks, fromage frais, ladled crème fraîche, etc.). You'll also find delicatessen products: artisanal oils, jams, chutneys and fruit jellies. A fine selection of wines from small producers, chosen for their perfect "wine & cheese" pairing.

Owner's Message
Isabelle BIZET took over the cheese dairy in 2022, but continues to work with Michel Fouchereau, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004.
A wide range of around 140 cheeses, mostly farmhouse, are carefully selected from small producers to guarantee exceptional quality.
The cheese dairy has its own cellar, where cheeses are matured for periods ranging from one week to several months, to ensure they receive the utmost attention.
Depending on your expectations, the number of guests and the nature of your event, the team will be able to propose cheese and charcuterie platters, or simply whole or pre-cut cheeses.
As the seasons go by, you'll find our in-house creations such as :
Cheeses flavored with truffle, cranberry, pistachio..
Fresh goat's cheese with candied yuzu
Camembert with cider
Or Smoked Tomme..
Thanks to a selection of delicatessen products such as fruit jellies, jams and honey, you'll be able to sublimate your cheese platters, not forgetting our wine selection for the perfect wine and cheese pairing!
