A 1905 mill in the heart of Versailles! Rue des Chantiers, opposite the railroad, is the historic mill of the Chaudé family, millers for five generations. Here, machines over a hundred years old rub shoulders with the latest technology. In the store, you'll find a wide range of quality organic flours: wheat, chestnut, spelt, corn... in bags from 500 g to 25 kg; and a delicatessen offering sweet, savoury and fresh products!
