The banks of the river are very popular with walkers and runners in Osny.

The Viosne, a tributary of the Oise, meanders for almost 30 kilometres between Lierville, in the Oise, and Pontoise. In the past, it fed many mills (up to 38 were counted under the Ancien Régime), but above all it was a place of inspiration for many Impressionist painters. Today, its banks are very popular with walkers and runners. In the territory of Osny, it winds its way through the amusingly named "Mississippi swamp", evoking the sometimes wet space you find here.
