Belfry of Eguérets to be admired in Jouy-le-Moutier, bristling with silver pipes, acting as a carillon

A construction without equal, and which can only surprise: so is this Belfry of Eguérets. This brick construction, which rises to the heights, is the work of architects Bernard Mathieu and Luc Martel, who have created a sort of small folly that questions as much as it challenges. It is a reminder of the buildings in the north of France and is topped by a work by the acoustician Bernard Baschet, which serves as a carillon. You must take the time to admire the latter, bristling with silver pipes.
