A lighthouse in Pauillac offering an unusual tasting lunch and a guided tour of the site, led by François.
Departing from Pauillac, we board ILOUT for a 15-minute trip to the island of Patiras. The lighthouse keeper welcomes us on the pontoon for an unusual lunch-tasting in the middle of the estuary. Very attached to this exceptional environment, chef Violette Sart and her brigade cook dishes that couldn't be fresher and more local: fruit trees harvested around the lighthouse, producers from the Médoc and Blayais regions. 100% of the refuge's waste is sorted. Then it's time for a guided tour of the site with François and his contagious passion.

omposé de tapas et autres bouchées , manquait de goût et surtt de produits locaux.(avis partagé par la tablée) Les vins servis en carafe n étaient pas non plus présentés.
Visite du phare libre..sans explications ni anecdotes pour étayer et égayer la visite.
Une grosse déception dc car si la qualité est bien moindre ,le prix lui ne l est pas.
Et un très beau phare ! La nourriture est bonne ! Une belle aventure a refaire que je conseil vraiment !
