Frédéric Kassel, a favorite of Pierre Oliver, enjoys a gold reputation. A pastry of the year in 1999, he was again awarded the same title in 2007. As a emperor of dessert, he is also president of the Relais-Desserts association. He doesn't only exercise his talents in pastry, since he has delicious sorbets and ice creams. Frédéric Kassel manages to return the best fruit and aims to achieve the dreams of his gourmets and greedy customers. His lemon-thyme sherbet, for example, is a pure wonder. It offers new creations every season, adding to the "classics" that are not really so much they come out of the ordinary because of their taste quality! Today, at the head of 2 stores, Frédéric Kassel has ideas and projects.

I bought 2 logs at Cassel for 8 people in the fountain (order 15 days before Christmas. Only here!!! I was very impressed by the Christmas desserts and my guests: The hotel was very clean and clean. I'll add a blonde or a little chef! is kind like a prison door. I am disgusted because for 90 € it is a shame! The price does not bother me if the quality and service are up to the level!! So for me Cassel never again. Mrs. Roux

Superb place to taste a pastry (and not eat, it would be to make offence with quality of what is offered to us). Frédéric Cassel offers original dishes to us, but can also level our tastebuds by sublimating favourites.
