The Tavern, restaurant-brasserie, located in the city centre, 50 metres from the fountain of Diane and 150 metres from the castle of Fontainebleau welcomes you seven days a week in a warm setting to make you discover its refined and gourmet cuisine. The two rooms offer two atmospheres for guests. The terrace can accommodate up to 20 people. On the map: gourmet starters and salads, homemade pizza, pasta, butcher parts, seafood and fish, choucroutes (11,80 € to 16 €) and new: hamburgers at 12,50 €. You can also enjoy a drink between friends and discover cocktails in beer. Once a month, the Tavern creates the event and offers you a concert evening, karaoke or opening. Breakfast served every day from, and at any time: steaks, sandwiches, giant salads, pancakes, waffles… Access to free wifi.

At the corner of Rue Grande and Rue de France, the superb pastry stalls cannot escape. It should be said that three pastry confectioners were daily in this house founded in 1889 for our greatest happiness. Small furnaces, pastries, fine pastries… We are impressed by so many choices. You'll be cracking for the Coup of Minced, caramel cream and chiboust cream or the Alhambra, delicious chocolate cake. Feel free to try imperial chocolate, a delicious hot chocolate, a pleasure for the taste buds! This one, like the rest of the card, is entirely home-made: here we melt its own chocolate before serving it for customers! Macaroons in fresh raspberry also have a real success. At noon, the restoration is of quality with changing dishes such as sole meunière and its small vegetables of saion, fraîcheurs salads, Noix nuts, or the pavé sauce sauce. Novelty: salted pancakes (Complete, La, etc.). Next to the main establishment, a small quick food outlet offers oak, various sandwiches, drinks, waffles… The house offers on-site dining, but also on-site sales. In the event of a breakdown in the fridge, these small home dishes will satisfy the entire family!

At the corner of one of the streets of the city, the Antica Trattoria is a majestic one, recalling Italy's pride. The dishes are excellent, the quality products and the perfect terrace (especially the summer). However, the service is sometimes long and not always warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The consequences of a place unfortunately very (too?) attended… Probably the best proof that this small restaurant is one of the best culinary surprises in the city!

Finally a small, simple neighbourhood restaurant, cheap and friendly in Fontainebleau! Ideal nights where you don't want to cook or get ruined. In the restaurant La Méditerranée, there are Turkish specialities: grilled vegetables, stuffed peppers, grape leaves, hummus, skewers, main flat and Turkish pastries in dessert, such as baklavas or kadayifs. The tables are beautifully set in a rustic decor of exposed beams and stones. The little plus: the chimney fire in winter. Forget the idea that you have Turkish restaurants and come to discover the true gastronomy of the country with family or friends.

Do you like Italian cuisine and especially pizza? Pizza Tradition is undoubtedly the place to go! He is one of the best pizza in the city. Excellent pizzas to take, fast service when there are not too many people… which is more with a smile! Very reasonable price! A real good address in sum!
