Hammam hors service, sauna à peine tiède : pour un hôtel-spa 4 étoiles, cela relève d’un amateurisme surprenant. Aucune information en amont, aucune solution proposée.
Mais le plus consternant reste l’attitude de la directrice : condescendante, méprisante, et pour tout dire indigne d’un lieu censé incarner l’hospitalité et le respect. S’autoriser à porter un jugement sur mon état de santé parce que j’ai exprimé mon inconfort face au froid frôle l’impolitesse.
Je tiens à saluer le professionnalisme du personnel d’accueil, bien plus en phase avec l’image que l’hôtel tente de projeter. Malheureusement, la direction donne le ton… et c’est lui qui fait grincer
Très bel hôtel ! Nous avons été surclassés en Suite: lit gigantesque , salle de bain tout aussi grande et petit salon avec gâteau de bienvenue. Rien à redire !
Nous avons aussi pu profiter de l’accès a la piscine et au sauna pendant une heure ( inclu dans le staycation).
Petit déjeuner buffet le matin, un régal !

Très bon accueil chambre/SDB correctes.
Restaurant pour le diner: 4 couverts: Poulet Fermier pour 2 personnes facturé 100€ non roti et cru à l'intérieur. avons demandé le Chef Cuisine (Apprenti ? en l'absence du Vrai Chef?)
Maintient que le poulet a cuit 3 H à douce température: Impossible chair du poulet crue.
Pas remplacé = ces 2 personnes ont peu mangé
Pour les 2 autres plats: arrivés tièdes sur la table, renvoyés en cuisine pour réchauffer.
Ne pas diner sur place / rapport qualité-Prix insatisfaisant
