The buildings, made up of two private mansions joined together (the Hôtel de Varengeville and the Hôtel Amelot de Gournay), are the setting for this organisation, launched in the aftermath of the Second World War to enable Latin Americans and the French to exchange better. There's also an art gallery on site.
