Fabrice Collet followed his father's footsteps by taking this beautiful establishment from Montorgueil Street in 1988 with his wife. Today, the elegant "old" guess of the house is synonymous with diversity and good products. At the bakery level, more than fifteen dozen special baguettes and breads are present. Even the pastry side of the cake, where the elegance of the gourmets attracts the finest sweetened beams thanks to the hard work of the pastry chef. In fact, his hobby-sheet has upset more than one… The headlights of the house? The Pavé of Paris, a chocolate delight, and the Briare, a campaign bread sold by weight.

Cette boulangerie propose des produits artisanaux d’une grande qualité, notamment leurs sandwichs qui,en plus d'être savoureux, sont très généreux avec une baguette croustillante à l’extérieur et moelleuse à l’intérieur...Que de bonheur !
L’accueil est souriant et chaleureux et le service rapide même aux heures d’affluence. Un incontournable pour les amateurs de bonne boulangerie à Paris ! Je recommande vivement.
