In this small boutique-workshop Bean-to-bar, you can watch the chocolate maker and owner Marc Chinchole at work from the counter. The roasting of the cocoa, selected with the greatest care from small producers, takes place in the laboratory and everything is homemade. We fall in love with the boxes of pralines or mendicant candies, the spiced chocolate bars, the mendicants, the almond spreads and the Madagascar cocoa powder. Don't hesitate to ask for the dates of the workshops that take place at the store!
