Born in 2022, the boutique du Paon qui boit is a very special cellar, as it is the first alcohol-free cellar in France. On site or via the online store, you'll find no fewer than 450 products, including de-alcoholized wines (yes, it exists and it's even good), beers and cocktails, as well as fermented and plant-based drinks like kombucha. A great initiative for those wishing to reduce (or stop) their alcohol consumption. Tasting workshops are held regularly.
