Macaron acid is the new sweet sin of the inhabitants of the Batignolles. The pastry chef, Jonathan Blot, regularly invents macarons with original flavors like fluo-colored macarons and the taste of acidulous candies that remind our childhood: pepper-pepper, bubble aroma, pistachio and orange flower, and the newborn, popcorn macaron! Next to the range, the week's macaron offers a mixture of new flavors. All macarons are sold in laser film boxes that can support conservation in the refrigerator and freezer.
