Emile & Jules is a family story. A grain and milling father is mounting a stone mill, a ancient process, and produces his own bread. His son Emile forms at the bakery and Jules, the cadet, takes charge of selling bread on the local markets. Both brothers are ambitious: why not put their campaign bread in Paris? An idea that quickly became reality. Their stars: The Pillow, a trenched bread that keeps 5 days, the Kilo, a big, friendly bread, Epi and ginger ginger. But also all kinds of cereal and seeds, chocolate or fruit brioches, pies, etc.

Une boulangerie qui revendique un engagement pour la qualité et un retour aux bons produits. L'accueil y est très agréable, le choix de pains est juste ce qu'il faut pour témoigner d'une belle qualité, les prix sont très corrects, je recommande.

La grande spécialité de cette boulangerie, créée par deux frères, est le pain sous toutes ses formes (épi, baguette...) et ses saveurs (céréales, graines...). Le pain ici est authentique et délicieux.
