LA MAISON DE LA MOZZARELLA

The story of La Maison de la Mozzarella began in 2014, on rue Violet in the 15th arrondissement. It was there that the Rosa brothers, Neapolitans, created the very first Italian artisanal (and daily) mozzarella production workshop in Paris. To do this, they bring in buffalo milk from Campania, their native region. With their success, they opened a grocery store on rue de Lourmel in 2019.
