With CinqSens, Nicolas Paciello, once pastry chef at Fouquet's, wanted to reinvent the experience of going to the store by offering customers an "enriched and exclusive" experience. In fact, a "wall of sensory experiences" presents five universes, each corresponding to an ingredient used by the pastry chef in his cakes: chocolate, vanilla, nuts, fruits and citrus, and coffee.
