Jean-Marc Rué worked at Arnaud Larher where he created the Chocolate range. Keiko Ohihara, originally from Japan, has been a pastry chef in several renowned restaurants (Stella Marris, L'Agapé, Pierre Gagnaire) and a chocolate maker at Sucré Cacao and Arnaud Larher in particular. Both of them once wanted to do what they loved. They dare to marry a little crazy and more classic, but just as irresistible blends, like this Reims chocolate (flaky praline fleur de sel). They also make magnificent chocolate sculptures on request, such as Notre-Dame or Arc-de-Triomphe. Another shop at 13 rue de Vouillé (15th).

Les créations sont réellement magnifiques. En revanche la qualité du chocolat est bonne mais pas de quoi tomber par terre. Si vous avez un joli cadeau à faire... il fera de l'effet !
