Stéphane and Arnaud, the managers, are driven by two objectives: on the one hand, to make their shop-workshop a place of solidarity by hiring people in precarious situations while training them in the chocolate-making profession. On the other hand, to produce and offer customers high quality chocolates made with fair trade cocoa beans. The result is several ranges of chocolate, including eight "Pure Origin" bars made with premium cocoa beans (Colombia, Vietnam, Cuba, etc.).
