Nearly 18 months after its opening, it has become a benchmark: Mano, located near the Pont de Saint-Cloud. For here, chef Maximilien Kuzniar gives free rein to his inspiration and talent, offering dishes based on carefully sourced produce. Drawing on his extensive experience, this young enthusiast offers a variety of menus for lunch and dinner, the most notable of which, called "Kiff", are available for young and old alike. They blindly place your taste buds in the hands of the brigade.

Raffinée et inventive, voilà une cuisine qui ne laisse pas indifférent. Et puis modeste: vous hésitez, en raison de pénibles souvenirs de jeunesse, à prendre un dessert au tapioca; et puis vous découvrez une merveille de goût et de sensibilité.

Mano c’est un Grand Kiff, délicieux, recherché, mais pas déroutant, sans prise de tête. Le chef, Maximilien Kuzniar, est présent et sympa, tout comme son équipe. À faire et à refaire.

La meilleure adresse à Boulogne. Cuisine inventive, fabuleuse au niveau gustatif, présentation, quantité. Tout y est. Service agréable. Restaurant incontournable, j’y vais depuis de sa création et je n’ai jamais été déçue. Bravo !
