This gourmet restaurant invites you to enjoy an exceptional culinary experience. Located in the heart of the École Ducasse campus in Meudon, it welcomes you in comfortable, elegant surroundings. The meticulous decor, enriched by objects from Alain Ducasse's personal collection, adds authentic charm and a welcoming atmosphere. You'll be invited to discover contemporary gourmet cuisine by chef Guillaume Katola. The team works exclusively with fresh, seasonal ingredients to ensure impeccable quality. Starters include a terrine of shredded pig shank and duck foie gras, served with apple and cranberry chutney, or a soft-boiled free-range chicken egg, served with spinach, mushrooms and black truffle. Main courses include golden scallop with Jerusalem artichoke, watercress and citron, or seasonal vegetable cookpot. For meat lovers, beef cheek confit with black truffle or poultry supreme from the Luteau farm, accompanied by braised endive, green wheat and walnuts, will seduce the most demanding palates. For dessert, choose from a selection of mature cheeses and mesclun de salade, or a manjari, buckwheat and red shiso chocolate dessert.
