LA KABANE
Oyster farmers and producers Yoan and Chloé Godichaud are based opposite the Dune. As soon as the weather's fine and during the vacations, they and their team welcome you to La P'tite Kabane, the tasting spot on the edge of the basin. Here, you can discover their oysters from Cap Ferret and Banc d'Arguin, bred at the ocean's edge in deep water. With a higher meat content, the special oysters, matured in "balancelles" bags, won a silver medal at the Concours Général de Paris 2019. The boutique is just a few yards away.
