Nothing predestined Joan Lartigau to sell hams and products from the Basque Country, even though he trained as an agricultural engineer. What drove him on: his origins in the Landes and Basque regions, his passion for gourmet food and his love of the good products of the South-West. People come to his store for his Basque and Iberian hams, charcuterie and preserves. Joan Lartigau has opened a wine cellar and a delicatessen section filled with fine products: caviar, truffles, porcini mushrooms, foie gras, salmis de palombe, lamprey or sturgeon à la bordelaise, Basque cakes and ewe's milk cheeses.
