After more than a year's collaboration with Jean-Charles Darroze, pastry chef Mathieu Vidal has taken the reins of this magical place alone: Sweet Valentine. Push the door of this pastry shop and you will see for yourself: elegance and gourmet delicacy are the key words. Some cakes, the classics of Sweet Valentine such as the Sphère Plaisir, the Mandarin in trompe-l'oeil or the Carachoc, are presented under a bell. For the festive season of course, Mathieu Vidal offers you logs. Among the most original was the log with black truffle from the Périgord. To offer to your loved ones, all year round, you will find different varieties of chocolates, guinettes, dark diamonds, in tablets, milk, dark, spreadable... You will also be able to choose from the pastry chef's specialities: rice pudding with caramel, trompe-l'oeil fruit or homemade iced lemon. Let's face it, Sweet Valentine's catering sweet and savory!
