On request, the shop can prepare a complete tray with sheep’s milk cheeses, a vacherin, a neufchâtel, a real Comté or an old Fribourg. Not to mention the large varieties of goats in season, mozzarella with Neapolitan sauce or Sassenage blue. Other products from the region can be found here, such as eggs, Norman cider or even small pastries.
