Adjacent to the Aître Saint-Maclou, this is one of Rouen’s finest addresses. Here, finesse and delicacy preside over the confection of the finest pastries. Gilles Tournadre and Philippe Coudy created it, to the delight of our taste buds. The great chef draws inspiration from his environment, among other things, to invent unique pieces: the Norman side is found in the apple skillfully combined with its buckwheat shortbread, the urban side is transcended in the inimitable and unique pavé de l’aître. Bonnes pâtisseries :
Que ce soit la tropezienne ou la tarte tatin c’était bon ????
Je n’ai pas trop aimé le baba, il était malheureusement trop imbibé.

Le croustillant praliné mousse au chocolat est très bon ????
La tarte aux myrtilles est également succulente mais petite pour le prix…
