For Anne Caron, coffee is a family affair. She has been immersed in its aromas since she was a child and has been named "Meilleure Ouvrière de France" (Best Craftswoman in France). The boutique features meeting and co-working spaces, as well as a tasting area. Here, we’ll be delighted to tell you the story behind each product. Je ne suis pas vraiment un grand amateur de café. Je m'en passe facilement, sauf le matin. Mais, bon, une fois, à Seattle, dans un restaurant italien en face du musée, l'expresso nous avait REN-VER-SÉ quoique bien assis. On en avait pris un second, pour renouveler le ravissement. Pareille expérience dans une cafétéria d'apparence quelconque à Virginia City, Californie, dans un centre commercial. Eh bien les expressos que l'on trouve chez Anne Caron - crémeux, goûteux, corsés - sont de ce niveau, et les gâteaux au chocolat qu'on peut aussi déguster sur place sont un accompagnement parfait. Achetez du café dans cette boutique, certes, mais surtout consommez sur place ! Ce sera l'événement gustatif du jour, de la semaine, du mois...
