Le petit déjeuner tient la route (Du choix et surtout la machine automatique pour presser soi-même son vrai jus d'oranges !).
La chambre est assez petite mais très confortable (matelas, sur-matelas et couette de qualité); elle est aussi très bien isolée du bruit extérieur.
Et toutes les chambres (à priori) donnent sur la Seine, ce qui est aussi un atout non négligeable !
Personnel à l'écoute du client. Idéalement situé pour visiter le vieux Rouen.

un parking (payant) directement sous l'hôtel
Le métro juste en face et en 3 stations vous êtes au centre de Rouen
