Le gérant qui essaye de m'expliquer pourquoi j'ai une chambre minuscule au 3eme étage sans ascenseur et sans aucune aide pour porter la valise sous prétexte que c'est l'armada et que j'ai réservé une chambre standard et pas la chambre confort.
Pardon je savais pas que standard était synonyme de mauvais service, je saurais pour les prochaines fois ????
