The restaurant welcomes you in a magnificent vaulted brick room, with a warm atmosphere and meticulous decoration. Here, you're invited to savor tasty local cuisine, featuring quality products. For starters, enjoy beef carpaccio with pesto, homemade duck foie gras with brioche toast, or raw salmon marinated in olive oil, lemon and dill. You can then continue with entrecôte with your choice of sauce and fresh French fries, whole duck breast with cider sauce and gratin dauphinois, or 5A andouillette with old-fashioned mustard sauce. Fish lovers will be tempted by grilled salmon back with béarnaise sauce and linguine, or sea bass fillet with sauce du moment and rice. Finish your meal on a sweet note, with mango pavlova or three profiteroles. To accompany your meal, Le Bistrot d'Arthur also offers a fine selection of value-for-money wines.
