Finally a bar-tobacco-brasserie worthy of the name in Rouen! Since the change of owners of the Smoking Dog, the establishment has not been empty, especially at lunch time. It's the place to go for a good home-cooked meal at unbeatable prices. Despite its brasserie appearance, the Smoking Dog actually offers refined and well presented cuisine.
