Aquabiking has been a very popular fitness method for some years. Initially practiced in collective classes in pools, this activity is also solo. In your individual cabin, you pedal in water for 30 or 45 minutes. The combined action of the pedal and water resistance is the movement and helps to combat cellulite and small recalcitrant shells.
