Three levels, 20,000 m², 80 shops, 9 medium surfaces, large parking on several floors: The Coty area has clearly set itself in the centre of the city, thereby spreading trade throughout the area of Thiers. Fnac, Monoprix, C & A, Nature and Discovery, One day elsewhere, At the end of the wharf, jewellery, clothing stores for men, women, young people, perfumery, postal agency, SNCF agency, press, laundry, photos, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and walk… nothing missing under one roof. The whole is large and bright, with natural light hanging over the lift and escalators.

c'est un petit centre commercial en plein centre ville où l'on trouve de tout: alimentation, boulanger, vêtements, sport livres etc etc..Parfois animé.

Centre commercial central au Havre. Très pratique. De nombreuses enseignes. Bonnes indications pour se repérer.

On 3 levels Coty space with what to! Very wide choice of various shops, brasserie, bakery and coffee.
A fnac located on the 3rd floor.
During Christmas, an enormous fir is set.

This centre is truly exceptional! There are enormously shops throughout the estates and for everyone! : clothes (Mango), shoes (San Marina), Multimedia (Fnac), children/baby (Petit Bateau), sport (Go sport), etc. There is even a supermarket! You can really do everything in this centre shopping! There is a huge parking, which is very popular. Moreover, ideally located next to spring and Darty, this centre enjoys one of the best location in the city! The buildings are very clean and helpful and friendly staff. I like to much to me and then for Christmas, it is impeccable! There are often activities in the lobby (concert, clown for children, magic, etc.) and it is equipped with a huge fir illuminated for Christmas: what to impress kids and adults!
