After a six-month closure following a fire, the famous Parisian bistro reopened in March 2024, much to the delight of Le Havre residents. A must-visit address open every day, the brasserie keeps the spirit of tradition alive, with its entirely renovated décor featuring the codes of the genre, wood panelling, bistro chairs and banquettes. On the plate, you'll find sure-fire favourites such as mimosa eggs, fish soup, seafood platters, pan-fried cod with beurre blanc, and the famous Parisian sauerkraut... A fine wine cellar!

Its bay windows, offering uninterrupted views over the bustling streets of Le Havre, also add to its charm. In terms of cuisine, the Bistrot Parisien offers traditional dishes revisited with a modern touch. What's more, fresh, seasonal ingredients are at the heart of every recipe, guaranteeing authentic, delicious flavors in every bite. The brasserie offers a rich and varied menu, with tasty starters such as "homemade" foie gras, smoked Norwegian salmon and Burgundy snails. Fish and seafood lovers can continue with our bouquet of XL pink shrimps, lobster mayonnaise, artisan linguine and pan-fried scallops. Meat lovers can opt for La Normande beef ribs, Italian beef tartar, yellow chicken supreme or tournedos of free-range duck. For dessert, you can choose from "grande tradition" crunchy praline cabbage, "grand cru" chocolate mousse or lingot royal. Special mention for the Bistrot Parisien's wine cellar.
