Taken over in September 2023 from Étienne Catelain by Antoine and Andréa, the address has retained its good reputation, maintaining a loyal clientele and a good standard. The place is chic and minimalist, lending itself equally well to candlelit dinners and business meals. The seasonal menu expresses a strong identity, with cappuccino-style shiitake, smoked bacon chips and grilled buckwheat, snacked scallops and risotto, turnips and green curry cloud, or fillet of beef with thyme butter, burnt leeks and potato mousseline.
