AUBERGE DU DUC D’EPERNON
Inn with terrace offering a demanding quality cuisine with 99% fresh products.
Arrived from Champagne, Hervé took over the reins of the Auberge in March 2008 and is gradually making his mark on Médoc gastronomy. On the edge of the port, you must settle on the shaded terrace (when the weather permits) to enjoy Hervé's demanding cuisine. Working on "99%" of fresh produce, the chef says, we are already reassured on quality. But it is when the (hearty) dishes are served in a very beautiful dish that we understand the level of demand of the master-tail. Homemade desserts are designed to make the most experienced ascetics crack in search of the perfect line. Chocolate mousse or profiteroles (homemade cabbage) are perfect temptation. The wine list will perfectly match all dishes or if you prefer champagne, a nice selection is available from 34 €.
