Francis Forestier, for 20 years at the helm of the Gastronomes, takes you on a journey to discover the French culinary heritage through a fine selection of original dishes honouring traditional cuisine. Among the dishes on the menu, you will find pan-fried red mullet with pine nuts or pan-fried scallops deglazed with cider vinegar and chorizo. As for desserts, it would be a shame to miss the Normandy fresh cream tarte Tatin, to be enjoyed with your eyes closed. Here, lovers of good food will rejoice.

Et que dire de la cuisine ? C'est une tuerie ! La présentation est très soignée et les saveurs délicieuses à souhait. Le cadre du restaurant est très apaisant.
