24-seat gourmet Japanese restaurant where the chef prepares delicious specialties based on quality products
Juliette and Jérémy take over from Naoki Shizuka, who opened this Japanese gastronomic counter in 2022. Gyoza-style poultry ravioli (coconut emulsion and Okinawa grapes), low-temperature duck breast (full-bodied jus, citrus and galangal reduction, roasted pakchoi ), creamy yuzu entremets (oat granola, almonds, cashews, mango pearls and coulis)... Maintaining its Japanese roots, the restaurant now blends French flavors with Japanese specialties. The dishes are as beautiful and colorful as ever.
