Mattieu Jacoulot and his other half Manon have taken over this beautiful shop. Originally from Besançon, with parents who were restaurant owners, the young Doubiste was lulled in his youth by his parents' dishes, but he turned to pastry and chocolate making. The craftsman has immediately put his stamp on things. He makes cakes with less cream, lighter. His desserts follow the fruits of the season. He also offers ganache, chocolate and ice cream. A must: the Téméraire, the cake that Charles (the Bold) tasted in 1476 and whose recipe was exhumed from the municipal archives.

J'ai eu la chance de suivre un cours de pâtisserie avec Mattleu Jacoulot.
C'était un vrai plaisir, autant pour l'entremet chocolat fruits exotiques que nous avons confectionné, que pour ses trucs et astuces qu'il m'a fait partager.

Si vous ne passez pas loin de Salins, faites un détour par cette pâtisserie qui fait partie des meilleures de la région ! Que ce soit les pains au chocolat, les bûches de Noël, les galettes des rois, les chocolats individuels ou les pâtisseries, tout est absolument délicieux. On sent également un véritable attachement à la région ainsi qu'un amour du travail rigoureux et des produits de qualité. Sans compter l'équipe qui réussit l'exploit d'être professionnelle tout en restant chaleureuse et accueillante. Bref, je vous recommande mille fois d'y passer !
