Mattieu Jacoulot and his other half Manon have taken over this beautiful shop. Originally from Besançon, with parents who were restaurant owners, the young Doubiste was lulled in his youth by his parents' dishes, but he turned to pastry and chocolate making. The craftsman has immediately put his stamp on things. He makes cakes with less cream, lighter. His desserts follow the fruits of the season. He also offers ganache, chocolate and ice cream. A must: the Téméraire, the cake that Charles (the Bold) tasted in 1476 and whose recipe was exhumed from the municipal archives.

Un établissement absolument incroyable j'ai évidemment goûté les chocolats à l'occasion de Pâques et ils sont tous très bons et très jolis: les moules en forme de sardine sont originaux les petits poulets miniatures sont très mignons, et tous les chocolats sont fourrés de petits chocolats ou de petits bonbons. Les tarifs sont très raisonnables par rapport à la qualité proposée c'est vraiment une visite obligatoire à faire quand on passe à Salins les Bains !

Assez déçu par cette pâtisserie. J'ai fait un détour exprès pour goûter au téméraire. Une franche déception, biscuit sec et très peu de fruits à l'intérieur (le remplissage consiste seulement en une fine couche de fruits)
