The Bonnot dynasty has been nestled in this Cluniac site since 1936, but its influence extends far beyond the region. Thierry has been developing this activity since 1990. This family-run winegrowing company makes it a point of honor to place Jura wines on a pedestal, with their meticulous winemaking and state-of-the-art ageing techniques. More than twenty of his wines have won awards and been featured in wine guides. Thierry's discerning palate also offers over a hundred references from France, with producers carefully selected.

Chez Bonnot, t'es tombé dans la bonne place. Ils ont un super sélection des vins, leur crémant prestige et le chardonnay nuance sont mes favorites. Un accueil hyper sympa! Je le recommande avec les yeux fermés!
