The Bonnot dynasty has been nestled in this Cluniac site since 1936, but its influence extends far beyond the region. Thierry has been developing this activity since 1990. This family-run winegrowing company makes it a point of honor to place Jura wines on a pedestal, with their meticulous winemaking and state-of-the-art ageing techniques. More than twenty of his wines have won awards and been featured in wine guides. Thierry's discerning palate also offers over a hundred references from France, with producers carefully selected.

Venu plusieurs fois pour saint Lothain plage et aujourd'hui pour la dégustation. Charlène a été de très bon conseils suivant les goûts, maîtrise des produits incroyables. Merci a Charlène pour la dégustation ,Thierry pour l'achat des coupes et à Richard pour le reste.

La maison bonnot est notre fournisseur depuis plus de cinq ans et nous n'avons jamais été déçu. Non seulement leurs vins ravissent nos clients mais en plus, ils ont un sens du commerce tout à fait remarquable. Nous les félicitons pour leur professionnalisme, la qualité de leur production ainsi que pour les innovations de ces dernières années. Personnellement, je suis fan de votre "nuance"! A la percé du vin jaune pas sympa dans le caveau je n'achèterai rien chez vous pas très commerçants on demande du vin jaune on vous donne du tradi nul je vous ferai la pub en conséquence
