LES ESCARGOTS DE TREMONTAGNE
The Trémontagne snails are raised in the open air at an altitude of 930 m in the Haut-Jura and are certified organic. Laurianne works with local producers to promote the short circuit and to cook them with fresh products. They are offered frozen with the menu: shells, chips or mini cabbages, but also in the form of preserves (jars and terrines). Visit of the farm and aperitif-tasting. The products are to be found directly at the farm or on different markets and sales points in the region. Possibility to order.
