In 2004, the Parent-Loonis couple came upon the clearing overlooking the village. It was to become their home and workplace. The winegrowing adventure began with 1.8 ha; today, 4.5 ha. Most of the production comes from the Côtes du Jura, with reds but also a search for floral orillé whites. The domaine also produces crémants, including rosés. Their Chardonnay base is also used for original effervescents, flavored with cranberry, raspberry and blueberry. The estate also includes a gîte/chambres d'hôtes for 14 people.
