This shucking stand sells Gaboriau oysters which come directly from the producer in Marennes . Freshness is totally guaranteed. You can just order a dozen oysters with bread, salted butter and lemon or choose a formula. Bacalan is a plate composed of oysters, shrimps, crab claws, whelks and lemon. L'Huîtrier is more focused on oysters: 3 specials n° 2, 3 specials n° 3, 3 fine n° 4 with bread, Bordier butter and lemon. It's the whole Ocean that we put on our plate... A little extra: the Oystercatcher has his own tables, right next to his stand, which is really practical, as seating is more than expensive in the Halles, especially in winter.
