Located just a stone's throw from the Quinconces and the Grands-Hommes, the Cognac Only de Bordeaux shop belongs to a family who owns a wine estate in the Charente. It has a perfumery look with some 400 bottles and decanters of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes exposed from floor to ceiling and elegantly lit. You can choose between bottles of major international brands, bottles from small owners or "bouilleurs de cru" with often confidential productions who patiently harvest their grapes, distil their wine, and age their brandies in the silence of their cellar. A chic atmosphere for the divine flavours of the best cognacs. Amateurs will appreciate it.
